OSHKOSH, Wis. — Continental Laundry Solutions recently welcomed four new team members: Cody Kopplin, parts order processing lead; Jordan Quade, operations manager; Nancy Seidler, controller; and Aliyah Sherman, digital marketing specialist.
“We are pleased to report that Continental is growing by leaps and bounds in both our product and service solutions,” says President Mike Floyd. “This growth allows us to bring new talent to our team. We are thrilled to have Cody, Jordan, Nancy and Aliyah onboard and look forward to watching them grow with the company.”
Cody Kopplin has 15 years of experience in customer service, order processing, record maintenance and printing and signage project execution for a major healthcare provider. As Continental’s parts order processing lead, he will serve as a key liaison between Continental staff and distributors, with a primary focus on parts sales support. He holds an associate’s degree in printing and publishing in graphic and printing equipment operation from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Jordan Quade brings six years of supply chain and logistics experience to his new post as operations manager. He will oversee warehousing, logistics, inventory management, forecasting and parts purchasing to support business objectives. His focus will be on streamlining and improving processes, optimizing operational efficiency and coordinating with distributors and vendors to ensure effective service delivery and supply chain performance. He has an associate’s degree in arts and sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Nancy Seidler brings 30 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling, along with a background in public accounting, service industries, privately held manufacturing companies and distribution. As controller, Seidler will oversee the company’s accounting, financial reporting and compliance operations. She will manage a team of five and serve on Continental’s Executive Board, where she will play a central leadership role in shaping the company’s direction, performance and culture. Seidler holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
Aliyah Sherman will develop website content, digital campaigns, front- and back-end coding and analytics reporting in her role as digital marketing specialist. She will manage creative project workflow, ensure alignment with branding guidelines and develop content for digital ads, email marketing and social media. She holds a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing technologies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, in Menomonie, Wisconsin, and a master’s degree in digital marketing strategies from Trinity College Dublin, in Dublin, Ireland.
